You will receive email confirmation and with links, instructions & resources to get you started and guide you through the process.
The live support takes place on Zoom. You will need computer/phone access and a Zoom account. Doing the sessions on a computer is recommended so you can see the screen properly. You will receive the link with the date and time.
If a session needs to be canceled or moved, we will provide as much notice as possible. It will also be posted in the community forum and on our private Facebook page.
Replays will be available in the members area for anyone with a warrior or master level paid membership. Warrior level members have access to the replays for one month. Master level members have lifetime access to all replays.
Individuals have the choice of paying monthly or in full for a discount and there are three different levels (see above). For the family package, after the first sign up, each additional member of the family who joins will receive a discount. Schools and organizations that qualify should contact us for group pricing.
Yes. You can purchase a membership or mini-courses. But if you opt to do more than one of these, you will be eligible for a package discount!
We can accept credit/debit cards, PayPal & Venmo. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept Apple Pay or other app-dedicated systems.
We provide support through various channels, including Facebook Messenger chat, email, and texts. My team and I are always ready to help you resolve any issues or answer your questions promptly.
Absolutely. As long as you let us know before the monthly due date, we'll end your membership immediately.
